I think, that many companies are wasting the potential of their teams and people, by focusing only on money juicing by any means and openly using brainwashing techniques and manipulation. The good way to follow is not only about great company culture, but also great supportive ecosystems for your collective intelligence force.

Every human is unique, it’s up to us businessmen how we will use or misuse the potential of people’s minds, energy, knowledge and wisdom. Without building new ecosystems for human cooperation cross-teams and cross-orgs positive change in the world will not happen and artificial intelligence will take over our civilisation ;-).
